Location: Yeovil

Salary: £16,800 to £24,000

Responsibilities

As the successful 1st Line support engineer you will field calls from customers and ask suitable and probing questions to establish potential causes and establish background information to assist in recreating issues. You will have a good technical understanding of IT yet be able to explain and assist with non technical customers

Skills

Proven experience with the following is required as well as exceptional customer service skills and excellent telephone manner

• Previous experience in an IT role would be advantageous
• Qualification in IT and an outside interest in the subject
• The hunger to learn and develop into a technical IT support analyst who is prepared to go the extra mile to ensure issues are resolved
