2nd Line Support Analyst

Your New Company:
We are a nationally renowned organisation delivering a portfolio of cutting-edge managed service solutions. Due to our ongoing growth we are currently seeking a skilled 2nd line Support Engineer to drive our new IT strategy and help deliver numerous vital projects.
Your New Role:
You will enjoy solving problems efficiently and developing a broad IT knowledge base. Building on your background in 2nd line support, you will provide support to our end-users and help us grow our client base. You will operate both remotely and in the field, and will seek to reflect our core business values.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Previous experience in a business or commercial environment is essential, as is a familiarity with systems including Active Directory and Windows Server. You will be experienced working with VMWare and other virtualisation technologies, and will seek to continually expand your knowledge. You’ll enjoy interacting with customers and meeting new people daily, acting as a vital part of our organisation and embodying our core values.
