Our Client is a leading and growing regional Law Firm. Due to growing demand, they now require an IT Support analyst to join their team and provide 2nd line support.

Skillset required for IT Support Analyst:

  • Excellent experience in a 2nd line support role ideally within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Experienced with deskside support.
  • Knowledge of building computers and adding them to networks.
  • Desktop deployment and imaging experience. Knowledge of SCCM or other app deployment technology highly beneficial.
  • Solid experience with Active Directory and Exchange, adding users, creating mail boxes.
  • Knowledge of Citrix Technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst:

  • Provide deskside support to users across the firm.
  • Build, deploy and image desktops.
  • Manage the messaging environment, creating and deleting users.
  • Answer support calls and resolve via telephone, email, remote support or at desk side..

The IT Support Analyst position is based in Haywards Heath and will pay a salary in the region of £24,000-£30,000.
