Pre-Sales Consultant

Salary: £72,000 – £108,000 per year

Thorough familiarity with Payroll or HR or related HCM software solutions and experience in HCM Pre-Sales Consultancy is sought by a market leader in HR and Payroll solutions for a Pre Sales / Solutions Consultant role. Support the sales team and participate in winning new business by providing consultancy to prospects, delivering tailored software demonstations, and delivering end to end support to sales and prospects within the sales process.

Good base salary and overall package. UK wide role with a home base, so you may work from home in any UK location and travel UK wide as needed. Negotiable package depending on experience.

You must have:

* a track record of contributing to the sale of HCM solutions as a pre-sales consultant or similar

* deep knowledge of the features and business benefits of HR or Payroll or related HCM SaaS solutions and managed services

* drive and motivation to participate in winning new business sales in organisations of 500 to 5000 employees in varied industry sectors

In this role you will:

* present to potential clients within the sales process for Payroll and HR software solutions and managed services

* demonstrate payroll, HR and related software solutions with the aim of winning new business

* assist the sales managers in developing leads provided by marketing and lead gen with the aim of closing new business

* present to prospects at all levels including HR Directors, Finance Directors, CEOs, payroll managers and other influencers
