Salary: £360 – £420 per day
Aylin White have been asked by our client to supply them with an Mechanical Project Manager for a 9-12 month contract on a 55 Unit residential project.
Our client is a medium sized M&E Contractor, so this position is paying outside of IR35.
Responsibilities
* As an Mechanical Project Manager you will look after the project from the start of installation to handover.
* You will check that procurement has been done correctly so that the project is fine to carry on or sort out anything out that is missing.
* The Mechanical Project Manager will make sure that the subcontractors are aware of the scope of works in place and when milestones need to be hit.
* You will be in constant contact with the client, keeping them up to date with the on goings on site.
* We need someone that is happy to deal with a heavy amount of paperwork.
Desired Skills and experience
* Previous experience as an Mechanical Project Manager on a similar residential project is essential.
* You must have previous experience being involved from start to finish, dealing with procurement, the client & design.
