Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

Project Manager/Contracts Manager. 35-40K Basic. Company Car! International Business within Marine and Heavy Industrial Services!

This company is a specialist in marine fabrication, steel fabrication, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and resource management for both marine and land based facilities are looking to take on a full-time Project Manager based out of one of their main workshops located in Southampton. The client look to provide an integrated approach to customers through the knowledge and experience of their multi-skilled management team.

Key Responsibilities

Heavy Mechanical and Construction Projects and Contracts

Managing NEC3 contracts

Project values of 50-250K looking after approximately £1million worth of projects per annum

Risk Assessment and Method Statements

Travelling to sites UK wide to liaise with clients and oversee work.

Essential Requirements

Project Management / Contracts Manager Site Agent experience

NEC or similar contract framework experience

Heavy Mechanical background

Travel Flexibility

Desirable Requirements

Waste to Energy experience and knowledge

Understanding of fabrication and welding

Large mechanical equipment knowledge

Mechanical engineering background and qualifications

Mechanical Installation experience

Project Management and contract management qualifications

Location – Southampton
