The Client
Our client is a prestigious M&E services provider offering award winning tailormade packages for their customers. Covering all areas within the M&E field, from design to installation, they excel at providing cost effective, bespoke solutions for projects and have a requirement for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their Manchester based team.
The Role and its Responsibilities
* Compilation of detailed tender reports and schedules
* Production of written reports throughout the projects lifespan
* Full comprehension of Project Scheduling and Strategies
* Management of design consultants and site contractors
* Leading interviews and meetings
* Working to budget and time constraints
* Produce high quality projects for company and client
* Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to
* Up to date knowledge of industry legislations
* Contract management
The Individual
The company are looking for a candidate who has excellent commercial acumen, is self-motivated and able to run significant projects and manage an effective team. You must be able to communicate with all levels of work colleagues and clients.
Skills and Qualifications
* ONC/HNC in Project Management or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a Project Manager role
* IT proficient
Salary and Package
Our client is offering a salary of up to £72,000 per annum plus excellent company benefits and a car/allowance.
