Salary: £26,000 per year
My client is seeking a Finishing Foreman/Manager to look after the internal packages and finishes on various residential and commerical projects in West London.
They will be required to work on projects up to £5 million.
The right candidate will come from a trades background, preferablly carpentry, who is capable of looking after the internals and finishes in the building process of residential and commerical units. They will also be required to manage sub-contractors, have a robust attitude to health and safety and an assertive, fast paced attitude.
The work is based in West London and is ongoing.
To apply you MUST have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
