Electrical Construction Manager

Salary: £216 per hour

Aylin White have been tasked with sourcing an Electrical Construction Manager by one of London’s largest building services contractors to work on a variety of projects throughout London.
Our client is a £180m turnover building services contractor who work on many prestigious and landmark projects with M&E values of up to £50m, including new build, fit-out, data centre and healthcare projects. The company has a reputation for being one of the most well run and professional contractors in the country so the Electrical Construction Manager must be comfortable in highly professional environments. The Electrical Construction Manager would need to be someone who has a great work ethic and wants to complete projects to the highest of standards.
The ideal candidate would be someone with experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Construction Manager on projects with M&E values of over £4m. The role would be reporting to a Project Manager on site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Electrical Construction Manager will be tasked with overseeing direct reports from Supervisors as well as subcontractors
*
Reviewing design
*
RFIs
*
The Electrical Construction Manager will need to liaise with the Main Contractor and site teams
*
Attend meetings with designers, specialist contractors and internal team members and produce reports
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
*
Experience as an Electrical Site Manager/Electrical Construction Manager on projects with M&E values of over £4m
*
Someone who is comfortable in front of clients
*
Someone with experience on commercial fit out projects is preferred
