Title – Electrical Site Manager – Tier 1 M&E Contractor (Fit Out & Refurbishment)
Location – London
Salary – Up to £78,000
Aylin White have been tasked with sourcing an Electrical Site Manager by one of the leading Tier 1 national contractors to join on a project in Central London.
Our client is a £250m turnover Tier 1 M&E contractor who work on projects with values ranging from £5m to £50m. The company has quickly gained a reputation for being extremely well run and gaining lots of repeat business while completing projects to a very high standard.
The Electrical Site Manager would need to be who has a great work ethic and wants to complete projects to the highest of standards.
As the Electrical Site Manager, you will have previous experience working on M&E Fit Out or refurbishment projects between £4m – £10m in sectors including, commercial, residential, new builds, shopping centres, healthcare etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Electrical Site Manager will be tasked with checking drawings
* Completing Technical Submittals
* RFIs
* The Electrical Site Manager will need to liaise with the Main Contractor and site teams
* Getting involved with estimating and winning new work when needed
* Client meetings
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Experience as an Electrical Site Manager on Fit- Out or Refurbishment projects with M&E values of over £4m
* Someone who is comfortable in front of clients
* A Electrical Site Manager who has worked on commercial, residential, new builds, shopping centres, healthcare etc
