Arlington Moore is working exclusively in partnership with our client who is a successful building company who have for over many years grown steadily and continue to do so. This company pride themselves on their reputation for quality and friendly, approachable customer service. Due to accelerated growth they are looking to appoint a Project Manager responsible for managing an £8.7m build in Chorley.

We are looking for a Project Manager who has experience of managing assignments from initial customer brief through to build and handover. You maybe working as a Project Manager or a Contracts Manager at present and you are looking for a change to a company where you can grow your career, or you may just be looking for a company with stability and a friendly, approachable environment if so this could provide you with what you are looking for.

Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager.

* Project managing £8.7m build and further projects therein

* Working with clients and Architects on design from concept to completion

* Reading drawings to establish project details

* Confirming all technical details of the client’s project from design through to completion

* Overall responsibility for ensuring materials for the project are ordered

* Coordinating labour including Sub Contractors

* Attending site meetings with customers and contractors as necessary
