We are currently looking for motivated, driven people eager to learn and succeed. Working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment you will need to be focussed, have an eye for detail, and be committed to providing an excellent standard of customer experience.

Your duties will include:

* Preparing quotations based on the company’s pricing guidelines to industry standards and procedures

* You will have a clear focus on the customers’ needs and expectations

* Successfully interpret technical drawings to satisfy the needs of the customer

* You will be expected to successfully prepare the quotations using product drawings, details and surveys provided by field-based Engineers

* Completion of administration based on quotations produced and customer information etc.

* Use and maintenance of CRM system (Salesforce) & SAP (training will be provided as required)

Skills & experience required:

* Previous experience of working in an Estimating role would be beneficial although similar office-based experience working towards targets would also be good

* You will have a strong numeracy skills and strong attention to detail

* You must possess excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office

* Previous experience of using CRM and SAP is ideal, but not essential

* Possessing strong Administration and organisational skills

* The ability to successfully prioritise your workload and operate in a flexible manner is essential

* Previous experience of working to set deadlines and KPI’s

* You will have the ability and desire to learn a variety of technical terminologies and product information

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
