Estimator

We are looking for an Estimator in high spec residential refurbishment and new build main contractor experience

The successful candidate will be required to prepare estimates for works valued between ££3m and £9m. The majority of this work is residential.

Job role:
•Checking and pricing new tenders received from our clients
•Take off of quantities from drawings and schedules
•Prepare schedules and formulate quotations working in conjunction with the commercial team
•To carry out negotiations with client’s during preparation of quotations
•Carrying out site visits if required during preparation of quotations
•To Produce final schedule after successful tender from order
