Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year
We are currently recruiting for a Fraud Investigator to work within a vibrant and fast paced company based in Northwich.
The ideal candidate will be from a fraud investigation background with a good eye and attention to detail.
This role is suited to someone with a strong focus on fraud prevention management and a good understanding on minimising the risk to maximise revenue and prevent fraudulent activity.
As a Fraud investigator you will be required to action charge backs and authorise customer refunds and replacements.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, outlook and Excel is required
Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year+ Performance Bonus
Shift between 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday with one Weekend out of four however you will allocated the day off during the week.
