We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Co-Ordinator to join our Product and Purchasing Team. This role would be prefect for someone looking to take their first steps, or develop their career in purchasing. It would suit an individual with a natural desire to for driving efficiencies and delivering exceptional levels of both internal and external customer service.
What we would like from you:
Our Purchasing Co-Ordinator is our first line response to inbound enquiries from the internal and external sales teams. In addition, the role supports the wider Bespoke and Category Management team by accurately and efficiently managing orders and quotations.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate a variety of activities with a variety of stakeholders
* Excellent internal and external customer service and a drive to keep others informed of progress and resolve problems along the way.
* A flexible approach to new tasks and desire to improve efficiency and continuously develop.
* Ability to prioritise own workload and ensure that the customers needs remains at the centre of decision making
* Strong excel skills would be an advantage, alongside the ability to accurately check and enter data at speed.
