Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
Our client is a very successful, specialist Manufacturing and Wholesale company who are rivalled experts in their field.
This privately owned business have been successfully operating for many years, employing a skilled, dynamic and dedicated team of around 70 staff from their manufacturing operation in Norwich.
Due to continued success and growth a Purchasing Co-ordinator with ‘buying’ experience is required to join the Supply Chain Team.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you will support operational requirements getting the right price, from the right source to the right specification at the right quality for delivery at the right time to meet the manufacturing required date.
We require an individual who has previous purchasing/buying experience from a fast paced commercial business who can demonstrate a high level of analytical and quantitative skills and is confident with purchasing functionality as part of a business ERP system.
You will be proficient in MS word & excel and able to work and liaise confidently with UK and overseas global suppliers focussed on Eastern Europe and the Far East.
