Contract negotiable 1st Line Support Engineer – Buckingham – Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office products, Windows 7 etc 1st Line Support is required for this exciting new role! Working with our IT Services client providing 1st Line Support in a remote support capacity ie telephone, email and face to face. Taking ownership for issues and managing the resolution. The role will involve supporting external client user base and external high profile customers on their systems. Candidates would be expected to be pro-active in providing a 1st class IT service to the business. To be successful for the role you will be a confident communicator and be comfortable supporting all staff.
