Senior Public Health Principal – Fully Remote

Salary: £180 – £300 per hour

NonStop Care are working with a highly regarded local authority to find a Senior Public Health Principal for their Mental Health and Wellbeing service. As a Public Health Principal in this role you will be working closely with senior management and directors for mental health services in the authority, partner organisations and third parties to strategically provide appropriate care within the community and care settings. An exciting opportunity for mental health professionals.

This is a unique role where the post holder will be responsible for;

Prevention Concordat for Better Mental Health
Public Health lead for all age Emotional Health & Wellbeing across Health, Education & Social Care
Implementing the 2021 Mental Wellbeing Needs Assessment across locality
ICP Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism: mental wellbeing, self-harm and suicide prevention
Recovery from COVID-19, wellbeing and mental health
Managing the public health commissioning cycle for designated programme areas.To be considered the post holder will be;

Professionally registered with SWE or NMC
Have a excellent understanding of mental health
Experience within a strategic management role
Have excellent leadership skills
