The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company as a Regional Training Officer. This is a diverse role requiring you to support the delivery of high quality training across the organisation’s portfolio of homes across the South.

You will:
• Support compliance with statutory and mandatory training requirements across the company
• Deliver specialised courses
• Ensure completion of accurate and up to date training records
• Act as a professional role model for staff, encouraging a commitment to continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Experience Required
My client is looking for an ambitious individual with a clinical background (RGN or RMN) with training qualifications and management experience.
