Job Description
The most important things for my Peterborough based client are a genuine interest in IT in ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. The role will encompass all of the departments within the company, so we are looking for someone confident, eloquent and personable yet professional.

Duties for the role include but are not restricted to;

•Assisting with customer enquiries
•Accompanying and supporting technicians on installations
•Taking first line support calls and diagnosing issues
•Using CRM/helpdesk system to record support calls
•Administrative tasks for VAN services
•Sales and marketing activities
•Product development (depending on Microsoft C# experience)

Person Specifications
Recent graduate in technical or physical sciences
Ability to logically analyse and resolve problems
Focused on providing a high level of customer service
Ability to manage different priorities and work under pressure
Degree must be a 2:1 or above
