Regional HR Officer

McDiarmid Whitmore are currently working on behalf of a prestigious facilities management contractor that are seeking to appoint an accomplished Regional HR Officer. This is a homebased role covering multiple sites across London and the South East of Engalnd.

The role will suit somebody with previous experience of TUPE, employee relations, absence management and employment tribunals associated with a diverse and transient workforce. It’s preferable if applicants have an understanding of the Agenda for Change terms and conditions and understand their application. Applications from Human Resources professionals with experience in a healthcare / hospital setting are particularly welcomed.

This is a mobile role so applicants must enjoy travel and be prepared to manage their diaries accordingly, accepting that there will be some element of reactive work involved.

The HR Officer will have an understanding of working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and must be part qualified as a minimum although MCIPD is preferred those that have completed their Certificate or Diploma in HR Practice (or their equivalent) will be considered.
