Training Officer job in Carrington

Permanent

Supporting all employees in the area of employee engagement, employee development, performance improvement and compliance

Identify training needs and design and deliver coaching and training

Working in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Team; listening to calls and providing constructive and effective feedback and assist managers with the implementation of employee development plans

Collate information and evaluate results that provide a clear synopsis on the development areas that were identified, the action that was taken and a measure of the performance improvement

Previously experience of designing and delivering training facilities within a Contact Centre environment – Essential

Proven coaching, mentoring, training or performance improvement skills – Essential
