Financial Controller

Salary: £84,000 – £96,000 per year

Our client is a high growth business based in Weybridge. Due to continuous growth they have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Qualified (ACA/ACCA) Financial Controller. 

Financial Controller – About The Role

As the Financial Controller you will be involved with the following responsibilities: 

• Control the integrity of the balance sheet, general and nominal ledgers for all sites within the company. Improving and maintaining process of balance sheet accounts reconciliation to provide transparent picture for assets and liabilities of the company at any time. 
• Manage end to end delivery of Group and Statutory accounts.
• Ensure that adequate accounting processes and procedures are in place and being monitored for compliance. 
• Various month end tasks including sales reconciliation, prepayments, and fixed assets and closing the ledgers. 
• Preparation of the annual financial statements and leading the preparation for the annual audit and communication with the auditors. 
• Confidence in working with large volumes of data. 

The successful Financial Controller will be:

• This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Financial Controller wanting to join a market leading organisation. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role where your financial accounting skills played a key part of your role. 
• Ideal candidates will have experience of leading and managing the preparation for the annual Audit and will have knowledge and experience of IFRS.
• The role will be fully office based so please only apply if you are happy to be office based 5 days per week and you are able to get to Weybridge, ideally you will be a driver due to the location of the office.
