Accomplished Financial Controller

As Financial Controller in the growing organisation you will be taking over the accounting functions of the firm, ensuring at all times that best practice is adhered to. Working within financial services you will be experienced in managing regulations.

Implementing new systems and always identifying better ways of working, you will be proactive in your approach, working closely with your directors. Producing management information will be crucial in a key period of growth for this firm. You will take initiative in identifying trends or improvements to the organisation.

Organised in your approach you will be managing databases, preparing invoices and redemption statements accurately. You will also be liaising with external regulatory and auditing bodies, ensuring at all times the organisation is up to date and compliant.

Experienced in management accounts, cash flow forecasting and reconciliations, you will bring experience and a process driven approach. You will enjoy making a difference to a small team at an exciting time, and enjoy working in a people focussed environment. With a keen eye for detail, you will be able to hit the ground running.

For this role, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, and have extensive experience working in a similar role. In return, you will receive a generous salary and excellent opportunities to grow with the company.
