Account Development Manager

The Account Development Manager will be the central point of contact for the customer and ensuring a smooth implementation process. Monitoring the contract renewal date and potential opportunities for additional business.

Further responsibilities include:-
– Constructing and implementing account plans to develop and grow specific accounts in order to maximise sales, service and profitability.
– Working very closely with the Regional Sales Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure each sale is executed in a professional manner.
– Co-coordinating and attending regular face to face service reviews with Key Opinion Leaders within the Healthcare industry across the Midlands
– Constantly reviewing contract prices and maintain a positive dialogue with customers to build trust an ensure a high level of customer service.
The Account Development Manager will:
– Have a successful sales track record in a consultative role within the Healthcare industry (NHS).
– Be a self-starter, enthusiastic and commercially savvy whereby the candidate will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the external market place and current developments.
– Be results orientated with fantastic communication and presentation skills at all levels.
– Be able to travel extensively across the Midlands.
– Have a good understanding of the NHS and able to effectively plan for the future mapping out your accounts accordingly.

Salary £36,000 – £48,000 dependant on experience Bonus
