Roles and responsibilities will include developing industry and property portfolio understanding, prospecting for new business, networking and building relationships with property agents and brokers, conducting face to face meetings and viewings, seeking referrals, negotiating rates, putting together contract proposals, closing new business, using savvy techniques to drive new business, offering an exceptional service and other ad-hoc tasks.
The ideal candidate will have previous face to face and phone-based sales and account-management exposure, be well-presented, have excellent communication skills, be personable and easy to build rapport with, consultative in their approach and ale to work well as part of a team as well as independently. A passion for closing the deal is essential as well as a desire to be given the opportunity to build a long-lasting and professional career with an industry-leading organisation.
