Business Development Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £38,400 per year

Questech Recruitment Ltd are a specialist, engineering, niche sector recruitment business located in the centre of Wakefield.

As part of our exciting growth plan for 2023 we require an experienced Business Development Manager. 

THE DUTIES:

• Cold calling Engineering / Manufactuing businesses across the Yorkshire region.
• Lead generation (via social media, drive rounds and candidates etc;).
• Ensuring clients with PSL are targeted and converted.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

• A minimum of two years experience working in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Experience of working towards and hitting sales targets.
• Experience of cold calling potential clients.

THE PACKAGE:

You will be paid a basic salary of between £30,000 – £38,400(depending on expereince), plus outstanding benefits – including a very lucrative bonus scheme.
