We have been approached by a exciting & growing manufacturer within the Automation Industry to assist them in their search for an experienced Business Development Manager who enjoys the thrill of new business and understands how to develop OEM Accounts

The Position:

In this role your main focus is new business development with large OEM accounts in the Packaging/Food & Beverage, Intralogistics, Automotive, Machine Tools and Laboratory Automation.

Working with the existing sales team you will be required to identify new business opportunities, build key customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals whilst also developing your knowledge or market conditions which is why a passion for creating new business is highly important. Once you have developed new accounts you will also be responsible for the account management of these businesses.

This is a home based role where you will be covering the whole of the UK

Your Background:

Minimum of HNC in a relevant technical discipline

Field sales experience within an Industrial or Factory Automation company.

A passion for developing new business
