You will be working in a highly progressive and ambitious Customer Service team, as the first point of contact for retail business customers and consumers alike. As a Customer Service Administrator you will:
• Respond to a variety of inbound customer service enquiries from both customers by telephone.
• Work on a first contact resolution approach.
• Listen, probe and analyse enquiries to determine the underlying needs of the customer.
• Process orders and update customer records accurately.
• Communicate in a prompt, polite and clear manner.
• Address any issues of conflict or complaints.
• Be professionally focused in order to achieve targets.
The ideal customer service advisor will hold the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience within a general Customer Service or Call Centre is desirable, however, bright, articulate candidates from other relevant backgrounds will be considered.
• Ability to multi-task, handling a variety of incoming calls from customers and stockists.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify the customer issue, adapting approach accordingly.
• Good communication skills – the ability to explain information simply and clearly whilst building a strong rapport with customers and resolving any areas of contention.
• High standard of accuracy to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and on time.
• Highest standard of integrity and honesty.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and be a real team player.
• Be customer-focused, positive and have a professional attitude.
