Salary: £26,000 per year
I am working with a manufacturing company based in Shipley who are looking for a customer service administrator to join their team.
The role is a 12 months maternity cover position, with the potential to go permanent.
The role will involve but will not be limited to:
- Processing orders
- Ensuring orders are dispatched on time & the customer is kept up to date
- Communication with customers about issues and delays with orders
- Producing pick lists for the manufacturing department
- Creating and issuing invoices via SAP
- Handling incoming emails and telephone calls from customers
- Providing admin assistance to the sales and manufacturing team
The working hours are Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm & a 4.30pm finish on a Friday.
In return the client is offering a starting salary of up to £26,000depending upon experience, free on site parking, high street discounts and the opportunity to learn within a prestigious and exclusive manufacturing market.
