Customer Service / Administrator

We are recruiting on behalf our client who are an established national recycling company based all over the UK.

Our Wednesbury depot are looking for us to recruit an experienced customer service person who is available for an immediate start on a temp to perm contract. Your role may involve some parts of Administration.

YOUR ROLE – Within the role the company have 2 sections which are specifically designated, Administration and Customer Service, your role may be to work and fluctaute between both departments. Therefore you will need to be adaptable and have the skills to work in both administration and customer service.

JOB DETAILS – Starting wage will be £26,000 per year, Working from Monday to Friday from 8AM to4:30PM or 9AM to 5:30PM. Please note: This will lead to a permanant job for the suitable applicant.

Please note: Our client is looking for someone who wants stable employment and looking to work for them for a number of years in the future, rather than a short term basis.

The suitable candidate MUST beand have the following:

1.IT literate – proficient in using Microsoft software and databases.
2. A Proven track record of working to clearly defined KPI’s/Targets
3. A proven track record of providing first class customer service
4.The ability To resolve and proactively reduce sales invoice, supplier invoice and purchase order queries.
5.The ability investigate queries and work cross functionally with departments.
6.To enter data onto business systems to assist with account and contract set up requirements.
7.Manually cross referencing of information to cross charge out.
