Business Change Manager – People & Cultural Change – Lo

Business Change Manager required for a large transformation programme at an international retail company. This is a long term contract position.

After exceptional growth over the past 10 years the company are reviewing their corporate systems including HR, Finance and Operations.

In this role you will drive operations for the relevant business areas, with strong leadership and management creating the delivery of complex and business-critical projects and programmes.

The focus will be on cultural change and the effect of change for colleagues. This role will involve heavy stakeholder management, steering committee leadership and an iterative approach to change.

Experience required:
*Proven Change Management experience
*A consulting background (big 4, tier 1 consulting)
*Strong Leadership skills
*Budgeting, forecasting and planning
*Stakeholder management skills
*Good understanding of Project Management methods

Any knowledge of the retail / FMCG market would be an advantage

Please note – experience within a consulting background is essential.

This is 6 – 12 month contract role.
