Business Change Analyst (Must Have Worked on Transformation Programmes)

Business Change Analyst who must have experience of working on transformation programmes for the NHS is required for a long term assignment based in East Sussex. Business Change Analysts wishing to be considered MUST be able to demonstrate at interview that they have a thorough understanding of Change Analysis and in particular the impact that change has on the business.

The main day today duties of the role will include:

Process Map creation: As-Is and To Be
Service engagement with Operational Leads, Clinicians and Service Managers
Conducting Workshops and Demos to clinicians and leads

It is essential that the successful Business Change/transformation analyst has:

Solid experience of As-Is and To-Be processes
Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong Change analysis experience
Solid experience of taking users through Change processes

Any experience of the SystmOne Patient Administration System would be beneficial, but not essential as our client will consider strong Business Change Analysts from a private sector background.
