Emergency Call Handler

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an award winning client based near the centre of Leicester for a customer service advisor to join their night team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has caring nature and enjoys helping vulnerable people. You must possess excellent customer service skills, be approachable and ideally come from a customer care back ground.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

-Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls in order to check on customers well-being and booking in repairs and maintenance.
-Leasing with emergency services and third parties
-Dealing with sensitive and emergency situations, liaising with emergency services and wardens.
-Ability to stay calm in difficult and stressful situations.
-Multi-tasking whilst ensuring all queries are followed through from start to finish
-Report writing and closing cases

Pay and Benefits:-
£7.50 for the first twelve weeks raising to £9.07 thereafter

Shifts-
The client requires someone who can work a rotational shift of 6am-2pm, 9am-5pm and 2pm-10pm.
Please note this is a 4 on 4 off shift which requires a including bank holidays and weekends.
