Data Assistant / Call Handler

Our client is looking for Data Entry Assistant/Call Handler. This is an ongoing full-time role working shifts over a 24/7 period. You will be required to work 12 hour day or night shifts

Due to location and shift patterns, own transport is essential. There is plenty of FREE parking on site and locally.

Duties will be to handle incoming calls in a busy medical contact centre environment. You will be providing information and logging calls. Due to the nature of this role you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in stressful and challenging environments. Basic administration duties are also required.
