Customer Liaison Advisor (Maternity Cover)

CUSTOMER LIAISON ADVISOR

As part of our continued expansion we require a person that has pride in working to the highest quality to be the first point of contact for Residents ensuring a seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role will be based from our offices in Lincoln covering the local area

The position will involve liaising closely with the operational teams, Clients and Customers to ensure that all target dates including service planning are met and communicated appropriately; any complaints are investigated, reported and resolved in a timely manner, as well as monitoring and reporting on Customersatisfaction data.

The successful applicant will be a focal point of contact for Customers therefore excellent customer service and communication skills are essential in delivering a seamless service, together with a high level of IT literacy as is the ability to plan work effectively. A valid driving licence is also essential. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
