Role – Customer Support

Location – Newhaven

Full time role Hours – Monday to Friday 8.50am – 5.30pm and every other Saturday 8.50am – 4.00pm

Part time role Hours – Week 1: Wednesday & Thursday 10.00am – 2.00pm & Saturday 8.50am – 4.00pm

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10.00am – 2.00pm

Salary: £26,000

My client is looking for a Customer Support Advisor full time and part time to assist them in their Technical team.

Responsibilities

Customer service
Assisting existing customers with product and technical queries
Speaking with people wishing to purchase products and transferring through to sales department
Providing customers with resolutions
Participating in training of the products
Speaking with clients and help with training and set up
Basic use of Excel spreadsheetsThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their customer service experience working within an independent expanding company.
