We’re on the hunt for exceptional Financial Sales Professionals, Field Sales Executives or B2B Sales Executives or Direct Sales consultants with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets to join this company’s thriving office in Bangkok. This is an amazing opportunity to join an ever expanding organisation and very realistically earn £80k to £120k in Year 1 and £150k+ in Year 2.

Any experience of Wealth management, Banking or Financial Sales would be a plus but is not essential as full training will be provided. The fundamental qualities we’re looking for is exceptional sales, negotiation and closing skills. The most successful sales consultant’s within the company have a professional and consultative approach with the ability to influence without being pushy.

Your role as a Financial Sales Consultant is to establish an ongoing relationship with the company’s high net worth clients. You will spend your time educating each client on the investment philosophy, explaining certain investment decisions for their particular portfolio, and helping them understand events in the market in order to help each client stay on track to achieve their long-term goals. As a trusted Financial Advisor, you will provide a valuable service to your clients, building relationships based on trust and the expertise that the company offers. You will receive support from internal departments to allow you to focus on providing unparalleled customer service.

The Financial Sales Consultants who typically excel in this role have a tremendous desire to earn £96,000 – £144,000+ and work as hard as required to achieve such. They understand that the company is structurally and culturally different from its competition and that gives them a major advantage. You will succeed if you have a desire to develop relationships with your clients as opposed to focusing primarily on selling them products.
