My client is a forward thinking IFA / Wealth Management company based in Nottingham and they are now looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator who has previously worked within Wealth Management.
The role will work closely with the existing Paraplanners with the purpose of providing efficient and effective administrative support to the IFAs.
Day to Day
Update client details on our client database Advisor Office Software
Process new business & chase through to completion
Prepare packs for client meetings
General office administration
Dealing with general enquiries
The Person:
Previous financial services administration experience
Numerate and Literate
Organised
IT literate
