Salary: £67,904 – £74,183 per year

An exceptional opportunity to join the University for the Creative Arts based at the Farnham Campus. This role would suit a highly motivated individual who can provide leadership on financial planning and management together with forming part of the management team.
Head of Financial Planning & Analysis – About The Role
You will lead the FP & A team, collaborating with stakeholders within the University ensuring innovation and motivation of both your direct team members but also others outside of the finance team including the Board, Leadership team and budget holders.
Reporting into the Director of Finance you will lead, shape and develop financial business partnering services at the University. This position is a senior level position and as such will act as the deputy to the Director of Finance.
You will manager and oversee the work of the team for the production of financial forecasting and planning, including the annual budget and five-year forecast plan. You will act as the lead Finance Business Partner to ensure financial sustainability and analysis.
This position will include you being involved at Senior Leadership level on building complex financial modelling including business scenario planning, sensitivity analysis which will aid in strategic decisions being made for the University.
The position will involve you being able to drive the reporting processes and team forward, enhancing these processes as is required to enable the best data sets being presented to Board level but also budget holders.
The successful Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will have:
* A formal qualification in Finance such as ACCA / ACA / CIMA or similar
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience from becoming qualified with experience in a leadership or people management position.
