Penguin Recruitment are working with a market leading Construction and Property Consultancy who are looking to recruit an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their team.
My client employs over 600 people across a network of modern offices strategically placed across the UK and due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Fire Risk Assessor who is NEBOSH Fire (or equivalent) qualified with membership of the following: IFSM, IFPO or IFE.
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will:
- Carry out site-based fire risk assessments on residential, commercial and industrial premises
- Ensure buildings conform to the latest fire related building regulations and technical standards
- Provide fire safety advice to clients
- Maintain up to date knowledge of any changes in regulation and developments in fire safety
- Authorise and sign off fire risk assessments
- Carry out audits on fire risk assessors
