Our client is a successful, established provider of technical business solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth they are now recruiting for the position of 2nd line IT & Telecoms Support Technician.
Job Description:
Reporting into the Support Team leader and working out of the Lancing Office, you will have knowledge and (preferably) experience of:
* Email Services onsite and offsite – Office 365/G Suite/Exchange
* Anti-virus Solutions
* Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
* Network Support
* PC and Server Hardware
* WLR Lines
* Broadband
* Hosted VoIP Services and Systems
* Onsite PBX and Hybrid Phone Systems
* Network Hardware – Routers/Switches/Firewalls
