Our client are looking for an experience Business Analyst to help them design & implement a service management framework for a new financial services operation.

We are looking for evidence of the following:
– Min 5 years solid business analysis experience – able to deliver packages of work from E2E.
– Experience in the design and implementation of service management and delivery structures.
– Experience designing processes and technology for service management (ideally using the ServiceNow solution).
– Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills.

Any banking / financial services experience would be a huge advantage.
