Salary: £26,000 per year
We are currently looking for a Logistics/Despatch Team Leader to join our client based at Fradley. Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern hours 0730 – 1930. Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting Logistics Supervisor
Ensure all staff are equipped & trained to perform their role
Responsibility for warehouse department & team
Ensure that the daily/weekly plan is executed in full
Monitor and report on hourly, daily, & shift performance
Ensure compliance to all health & safety
Produce a daily of end shift handover report analysing shift position & performance
General admin
