Lodge Park Customer Care Advisor

Lodge Park Customer Care Advisors required for various locations in the North. The role involves front of house reception, co-ordinating and managing new home (lodge or caravan) connections to utilities, managing the handover to new owners and ensuring the process is smooth, acting as the main liaison between sales teams and owners to ensure timely communication. The role requires good computer skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, ability to build relationships, excellent organisation and time management skills along with good problem solving ability. This is a busy and demanding role working as part of a team. Bonus is tied in to KPI’s around customer satisfaction scores.
