General Operations Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Maximise profitability of accounts, producing month end reports,
• Influence and manage Import/Export systems,
• Manage Operations and Import/Export teams effectively, ensuring SLA’s are met.
• Lead and manage employees to get the very best performance from them and support their development,
• Develop a continuous improvement culture within your teams, taking pride in maximising performance,
• Maintain full legal compliance and strive for best practice at all times,

Remuneration

£60,000 – £72,000plus benefits,
