Operations Support Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to work for a high end, privately owned care home provider with over 100 luxury care centres across the UK. Our client has an outstanding reputation and you could play a key role in ensuring their continued success and high standards of care practice.

You assist the Regional Directors with the ongoing delivery of the company’s quality and financials objectives by working alongside them to turnaround under performing services. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to General Managers within the group and advise internally on compliance within the homes.
The Candidate:
• You will ideally have multi-site experience within an elderly nursing home environment.
• Experience of successfully troubleshooting under performing care services
• Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation
• A strong operational skill set and good Project Manager experience
• You will have proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• You will have good commercial awareness and business acumen. The ability to build and maintain external relationships is a key aspect of the role.
