Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor – Mayfair

Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for a privately owned, medium sized main contractor based in Mayfair. The company undertake a range of heavy refurbishment, shell & core, fit-out and new build projects within central London with values up to £25m in high end residential and commercial sectors.

They have recently won a number of exclusive projects and are offering the chance for an ambitious candidate to join their busy commercial team, learning from senior members of the team and taking on responsibility from the start. As an Assistant Surveyor you will help with the financial management of projects whilst joining the companies training programme with a view to continuing studies and laying the foundations for a long and successful career with the company.

Candidates already on day release will be considered.

Suitable candidates will be:
• Have between 1 and 3 years practical surveying experience
• Hold or currently studying for a formal academic construction qualification for example, HNC, degree
• Ambitious to train as a QS with a well-respected contractor

This position has become available due to a significant increase in the company’s work load, the company are performing very well and have 95% of turnover for next year already secured.
