Office Angels on behalf of our growing and expanding Clients Head Office in the Plymouth area are seeking an experienced customer advisor to join the team on a full time basis.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.45 – 18.00 with weekend working on a rota basis
Salary: £26,000per year
The duties will include:
* Taking incoming calls from customers
* Taking initial enquiry details over the telephone
* Providing customer service support
* Complaint handling

* Previous experience in customer service/call centre environment
* Experience in complaint handling
