National Outsourcing Association award winning work at home specialists Arise Virtual Solutions is rapidly expanding in the UK thanks to a huge expansion in its service to leading brands such as BT, NPOWER, a world renowned technology company and an International Holiday exchange programme to name a few. We are now looking for general work from home agents across all of our clients.
We are now looking for work from home agents with outbound sales experience to service on behalf of an organisation who support government initiatives in education and wellbeing. Speaking with young adults and their parents, you will be follow up on enquiries and expressions of interest, explain the features and benefits of the programme and take payments over the phone. You will need to be able to empathetic, professional and courteous whilst ensuring you overcome objections and hit conversion targets.
We are looking for agents who either have previous call centre experience or delivered customer service in a face to face environment. You will need excellent communication and problem solving skills, be empathetic and remain calm under pressure. Working from home you need to be self-motivated, honest and reliable.
