Customer Service Advisor (Must Be DBS Checked)

Our dedicated client in Enfield are looking to recruit highly motivated Customer Service Advisor’s to work in their Customer Services Excellence accredited Customer Services Centre.

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a fast paced Inbound Call Centre/Customer Service Centre dealing with a wide range of Customer queries.

Previous experience of working in a Performance Management culture environment, and being used to working to performance and quality standards delivering excellent customer services is desirable.

We are looking for an applicant who can commit to this post for at least 6 months. Applicants must be flexible to work shifts between 8.45am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidate should be confident, out going and friendly approachable as well as having an excellent telephone manner.
